Job Title: ASP.NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and experienced ASP.NET Full Stack Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, WCF services, front-end and back-end development, and database design. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and services to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.
  • Develop and integrate WCF services to ensure seamless communication between different modules and systems.
  • Work on both the front-end and back-end development of web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
  • Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server.
  • Create and maintain APIs, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and scalable.
  • Develop front-end components using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, Identity, or other security mechanisms.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance issues across both client and server-side components.
  • Maintain version control of code using Git or other source control systems.
  • Work in a Kanban/Srumban development environment, continuously manage and visualize work on the Kanban board, and provide technical feedback to optimize workflow and address bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all code and systems adhere to security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development using ASP.NET, MVC, and C#
  • Expertise in developing and consuming WCF services and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server with experience in designing complex queries and optimizing performance.
  • Front-end development experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework or other ORM tools for database management.
  • Familiarity with modern version control tools like Git.
  • Hands-on experience in working with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and SOLID principles
  • Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) and Unit Testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.
  • Experience with web application security, performance optimization, and scalability.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, generating quality leads, and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of current marketing trends.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious self-starter, team player and detail-oriented professional who is at ease managing multiple projects at once within tight deadlines. The role requires a balance of meticulous attention to details, strong organization and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform SEO strategy and improve search engine rankings
  • Develop and implement content marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive website traffic
  • Utilize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer retention
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the company's competitive edge
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and online advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that designs are properly built and implemented.
  • Build and monitor client's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.) and prepare reports.
  • Manage email-marketing campaigns for clients, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Assist the creative team in implementing websites and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies and other vendor partners and interface with sales, creative and technical people.
  • Independently and actively manage all aspects of the project: scope, issues/risks, schedule, quality, and online communication on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Mailchimp
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
